We take health and safety very seriously and therefore would like to disclose the fact that within our household we have several pets. Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days. All items are sent via Royal Mail using first class.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to each order being custom made. Whilst every care is taken to ensure our products are made to the highest standard, they may still have a wonky stitch or a misaligned seam. Each product is carefully inspected before being sent off to ensure it is comfortable, durable and safe to wear! However, if you are unhappy with your order please get in touch so we can try to resolve any issues you may have.
